called again and said she didn't receive it but apparently she did because that is what she is writing about.All during the job and we do have GPS that will verify what day's and times we were at her residence, she kept complaining that she couldn't afford to have a lot of work done because she just paid a thousand dollars for new water lines and also she was going to move in with her daughter and that is why she told us not to complete the repair. We did find burned wires in the wall behind the refrigerator and our employee took pictures that we can show if need be for collection purposes.I believe the letter explains our position quite clearly.Thank you.
