We are sorry to have a complaint filed against Redman Van and Storage. The reason for my incomplete preliminary response was that I needed to check on the specifics of the order involved with this Home Depot CustomerI've heard back from Rachel L***, who is the employee charged with making the delivery appointments for this accountWhen the *** order came into our warehouse, it did so with pieces missingThis was reported to Home Depot via our logistics link and the group to whom we reportWe told them of the shortage and their protocol is to work with Home Depot to resolve the missing pieces issueWhile we have made delivery of the items which did get sent to us, we still await the balance of the *** orderRachel is committed to making contact with Mr*** when it is here and scheduling a return trip to the residence for the final deliveryUnfortunately, we are not in control of all the elements of this delivery. We apologize that this couldn't be done in one single delivery, as we, too, would have preferred to doMike A***/Vice President/Redman Van & Storage/SLC

this is not resolving the complaint this is saying they willThis is what has been happening this whole timeA lot of words, but no actionsI will consider this resolved when I receive my things that I paid for

I am in receipt of the complaint about delays in delivery of new products to the ***s and will seek a solution to remedy the problemI intend to investigate further the reasons behind the delaysThis particular time of year is a challenge with all of the holiday purchasing and remote area

We have resolved the delivery issue via the customer and our President, Boyd I***it was mutually agreed upon to have the final part of the delivery done this a.m., which has occurred

I am rejecting this response because: The company is well aware and can see the Sales order number. This is an order placed through Home Depot of Salt Lake City. I have also spoken with Rachel. I have made Home Depot aware of this as well.
