I have been charged for jewelry I have not received and it has been almost a month from the order date
I ordered jewelry for my girlfriend on June 15, with an Order #XXXXX I have since tried to get in touch with the company by sending them multiple emails, only to find that they are not responding to any Their phone number seems to be not working either, as every time I try calling it gets disconnected I paid online using my credit card, and I have already contacted my credit card company about disputing the charge I believe this company to be fraudulent, and this is unacceptable behavior
I returned their (never opened) package back and they did not refund my money
The return was authorized by the owner of the business that I believe uses a fictitious name "***" but the name on the package stated*** The Louun incThe email stated to just return the package and a refund will be issued but after the package was delivered USPS Tracking number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX the communication from her/them stopped
I made two purchases online with *** One was on Dec 18th, I ordered two bracelets for a friend order #XXXXXMy friend waited for the package and it never cameThe funds were deducted that same day $by debit cardThe shipment info says it was delivered-but it never wasThe second purchase was made on Dec 26th, order #XXXXX, this purchase was also deducted that same day, $I received acknowledgment of the order but for this purchase never received shipping informationI tried emailing (***@gmail.com) several times...no one respondsI tried calling the number on the website and the number is disconnected # (XXX)XXX-XXXXI did some research and found on all of their social media sites there were several consumers having the same horrible experienceThey ordered products and the purchases never cameI would like my money back or finally GET the merchandise I paid for! We paid with PayPal, there's no updated shipping info and on 2/the emailed said to expect delivery In 1-days
