We would be happy to make any necessary adjustments to the shade necessary to rectify any existing problems As we haven't had the opportunity to look at the shade(s) in question I cannot respond fully as to what may be wrongFrom the description is could be anything from operator error to simply a twisted cord.We do stand behind our work and apologize for any miscommunication, we service clients by appointment as we often are out working in homes or commercial buildings and our office manager works part time Apparently we dropped the ball in responding to your call in a timely fashion and I look into the situation promptly.We repair hundreds of blinds a year of all makes and models - many of which aren't functional when they arriveWhile we assume they worked fine before the string broke, how smoothly they operated before malfunctioning is also unknown as shade size, material thickness, weights and how well they were fabricated (route holes aligned etc.) are all variables We stand behind our work with a one year warranty on repair work (excluding parts that can break with abuse etc.), why this customer went negative about our business on social media assuming the worst about our business without giving us the benefit of the doubt and checking again to see if we'd gotten their message is unfortunateIf our company was truly as bad as they assume our reviews on social media would be different from what they are While we do have unhappy customers occasionally, the vast majority of the six thousand plus we've had the privilege of working with over the past fifteen years have been supporting our growth by referring their friends and family[redacted] OwnerLouvers Lane Blind and Drapery Cleaning & More

I allowed Louvers Lane the opportunity to come to my home on August 10, and remove and repair the two shades. We then went and picked up the two shades on August 12, from the Business today and I re-hung them myself. The two shades are working to my satisfaction.Therefore, the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I would like to thank all parties for this resolution. I will now update my negative review on Yelp to reflect a satisfactory resolution. Also, as I understand, we are offered a one year material and labor warranty on these repairs beginning today - August 12,
