The person who left this review is a client who is severely
cognitively impaired. She has a
traumatic brain injury that affects her behavior. She is often times erratic and aggressive. She takes action against those who help her
most, then...
doesn't recall her actions days later. We have had to report this client to the
state due to her being a danger to herself.
Her rant includes an incredible amount of false and
defamatory information. Any complaint
she listed against our agency is incorrect.
Others in her life (family, friends, medical professionals) have
abandoned her but we have not. We have
maintained her care schedule not only with our caregiver but also by paying for
her private caregiver during her transitions.
(2) days after this complaint was submitted, Ms. [redacted] was taken to the hospital due to mental imbalance and is still be held for evaluation.
We urge you to remove this extremely inaccurate and
defamatory complaint immediately. Thank you
