I have had the best experiences with Love Always and I will be a repeat customer I hinted to everyone in my family that I wanted the circular monogram and when I didn't receive one I was slightly crushed ! I returned to the site, selected all of the details and then put it in the cart, but I couldn't bring myself to buy itI have four children in university and we operate a rescue and rehabilitation farm...I decided I would put it on my Christmas wish list instead LOVE ALWAYS reached out to me about the items in my cart and when I told them it was my most wished for birthday gift for myself they gave me a small discount so I could treat myself To me that is the kind of service and kindness that earned my loyalty and I encourage anyone who has had a different experience in the past to reconsider and give Love Always another chance Small businesses that create, manufacture and operate in the US are the future

I paid over 145 bucks for a necklace that turned within 2 wears. Clearly the merchandise is not up to par as advertised. I resent my necklace back in October for redipping as per their request and never got it back. When I inquired about when I would be receiving my necklace back, they erased my inquires off of Instagram and never replied to any of my emails. Its now January and I still haven't received my necklace back . I doubt I ever will. Now I just want my money. A company like this should not be in business. STAY AWAY from this company!!! I recently placed an order with Love Always. I was so excited to receive my item. It shipped out a lot faster than I had anticipated since it is personalized so that was an automatic plus. When I received my order I realized I had made a mistake when placing my initials for the necklace. Since this is a customized piece and the mistake was made on my end, I didn't think they would do anything to help me out or fix it for me. I figured I had nothing to loose by sending an email and telling them my situation. Within a few hours, I received a phone call from someone in customer service, Amanda, which she was extremely pleasant. She told me if I sent back the necklace they would send me a new necklace how I wanted it free of charge! I was in shock. I sent back the necklace and within a few days I had the desired necklace. They even sent me a prepaid shipping label even though the error was completely 100% my fault! I was extremely happy with my experience with Love Always. wI'll be ordering again extremely soon!
Horrible customer service. Lies to the customers. Deletes comments and block customers off the company's Instagram account if the person has any negative comments or is inquiring about orders not received months after being placed. Does not return calls or emails. Is like after the money is taken off your account you'll never hear from them again.
I love monogram jewelry. I ordered a necklace for my sister in law. The "A" was hardly recognizable. And it looked cheap. I pretended to love it in hopes it was just my eye. My fiancé and his parents saw it before I gifted it to her and asked me what the first letter was supposed to be. They also thought the monogram had a clear sticker over it that was supposed to be peeled off, kind of like when you purchase a new phone or watch and you pull off the clear protective shield. Nope it just is a dirty spotty monogram. I mentioned my disappointment to them on Instagram in the most polite way, not caddy, not sarcastic, not rudely. Just very matter of fact and they deleted my comment and blocked me. This was October 2014ish. It still bothers me that they never tried to correct it. [redacted] and [redacted] is so much better! They buy their customers by hooking up bloggers. But absolutely garbage for products and service.
