I purchased an Audit TT from EZ Keys/Gold Rush Remarketing on 9/19/I gave them $cash down payment and $was the agreed upon deferred down paymentThe total sales price on the contract is $39,- the NADA value of this is $14K for clean retailYes I realize this is in house financing for bad creditMy 1st deferred down payment of $was due on 10/3/- I continued to communicate with the dealership about the late payment because they only accept debit/credit card and I was in the process of transitioning to a new bank so I did not have a card yetlast communication I had with them was on 10/4/16, 10/8/16, and 10/10/- my car was repossessed on 10/12/Now they have my car, my $3500, and they will more than likely ask for the full amount to be paid to get my car backIt was only days late, no grace period is on contractChastity and Jay [redacted] and the CEO Jevon [redacted] have not been helpful at allCompanies like this prey on customers like me who have bad creditI was days late of a $payment - not even the 1st monthly payment, I dont even have my metal plates yeti drove the car for daysduring the application process I was told that a credit was not going to get pulled - I received a letter that they did in fact pull the creditwhen I test drove the car, the compass mirror was in working condition, after I purchased the car it was no longer workingtook it to an audi dealership, paid $for the diagnostic and was told it would cost $for parts and labortest drove the car and the front bender was dragging, was told they would fix itcome to find out they just took the whole thing off and engine is exposedcar was repo'd on 10/12/16, car was posted on their website as for sale 10/18/
