 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Expecting someone to drive for hours to pick up something that can easily be mailed out in five minutes is ludicrous. I offered to pay the postage. Cassie fails to mention that she has two assistants in the salon, one of whom doesn't do hair but only odd jobs. I am sure someone could find the five minutes to walk down the street to the post office.  She's also off on Mondays.
I had booked my appt months in advance and she then booked a wedding party, which screwed up my appt. she texted me saying she was "significantly behind schedule" and would be at least an hour behind. Being it was my husbands birthday and we had dinner plans, that didn't work. I texted her later to say I would need an evening or weekend appt.  She wrote back "I will call you on Tuesday" but never did.
None of this makes any difference at this time. We are in the process of moving to Fl and driving to PA isn't an option. I don't think I'm asking too much to have it mailed. Cassie's last email to me said she would try to mail what she has of mine there. However she didn't do as she said.
I will not feel this is resolved until I receive the item I have paid for or a refund.  I sincerely feel like giving her a bad review but I was hoping the Revdex.com would be able to rectify this.   I am very busy at my job also, but can't for the life of me imagine doing this to a client.  It's very malicious.
Regards,

Response:[redacted] did give a check at her last appointment on 3/14 of which she post dated for 4/05/2015 ( I can provide a copy of this check if needed). The next appointment she had booked I had a client run over on her appointment time ( which happens in the hair industry from time to time) and I...

informed [redacted] we would need to push her appointment back an hour, which she told me she would have to reschedule because that time wouldn't work for her. I then received an email from [redacted] on 4/22/2015 asking if I could mail her her hair as she was moving. We then exchanged several emails from 4/22 to 5/8/2015 where I explained to her that I could not mail her hair but she could come and pick it up from the salon . I have over 300 clients in my book and it would be nearly impossible for me to mail each person their hair when they stopped coming to my salon . ( I am a hair restoration studio so I deal in primarily hair pieces and extensions) . I explained this to her , that it wasn't her , it was company policy . She continued to dispute this with me that she couldn't drive this far and she was " sure as a business owner, you mail things out all the time" , which I then explained to her that I did in fact not do so. I am in the shop during post office business hours with a completely booked schedule back to back. After several emails ( all of which I can provide ) I agreed that I would mail her her hair when I was able to , even though it was not my company policy, but I could not give her an exact time as I have a full schedule. She then wrote threatening to report me to the Revdex.com if I did not do it by a certain date . I have more than accommodated this client outside of my policy and hours ( over the years taking her on my off hours and closed days to help accommodate her schedule. Excepting post dated checks to help her out financially and moving clients for her and her daughter to fit them in on last minute appointments.) I have done nothing wrong here . It is not my companies fault how close or how far she lives from my salon. It was close enough for her to drive here for seven years to get her hair done. I am only following my policy that I have for all of my clients. I am in no way singling her out. She is more than welcome to come and pick up her hair at anytime. It is here in the salon for her. I do not feel compelled to go out of my way to help her out now against policy with the way she has reacted. I also do not understand where her "24 days later" comment came from as our last exchange was on 5/8/2015. Please let me know if you need me to send a copy of the deposited check from 4/5/2015 and/or the email exchange .Sent on: 5/23/2015 11:12:39 AMSent by: [redacted]
