I hired Love at Home to provide care for my mother and dad who need assistance with their meal preparation and medication twice a day Love at Home has been wonderful to work with and great effort has been make to make sure the care providers are a good fit for them Personalities of care givers can be very important for older peopleHaving someone they do not know coming into their home can be very hard on them
If one of the providers was not a good fit, then changes were made right away to bring in someone else to make sure that their needs were provided I am so grateful for the help and care that they have provided and I know I can count on them to be there as often as needed
At times when medical issues have come up that were not part of the schedule, they have always made sure that those are attended to right away My parents needs are very important to me and they have given me great peace of mind that if anything were needed that they would be there for them
