Lots of issues with Grandview Deck & PatioThey were definitely not the cheapest company, but I was willing to pay the extra for what I thought would be quality work without any hasslesSave yourself the aggravation and go with a company with lots of good reviewsEvery area they worked on had problemsHired them to tear out and replace concrete patio and upper deckDeck work resulted in furnace intake/exhaust pipes being trimmed back and the guys placing regular clothes dryer flappers (with flappers in shut position) being placed on the exterior endsThis darn near ruined my furnace, not to mention the repair guy said was very dangerousExtra concrete was poured without consulting me, resulting in a huge drop-off due to slopping yardTheir solution was sitting wall, but guys that built it were throwing stones back and forth as they were cutting/setting them resulting in numerous chips, chunks ridiculous enough that they agreed to come out and replace themInitial plantings were obviously dead, but they planted them anyway saying it was fall and they would grow again come spring, they didn'tExtra dirt/rocks used for concrete patio was dumped under trampoline areaExtra river rock dumped along path to back yard causing gate to no longer workWeeds sprouted where new river rock was placed, even though they insisted new weed barrier was put downOne of the deck legs was crooked - to point that different neighbors mentioned itThis problem did not get repaired until out of frustration I talked to the inspector to be sure it was safe, and inspector reminded me this work should be covered under my warrantyWhen I mentioned inspectors comments in an email the office ladies response was that she wanted the inspectors name and number so that she could report him to his supervisor as he was overstepping his boundsMost problems were eventually fixed, but not without numerous calls/emailsNow I have a crack in the concrete patio, but no call back after multiple emails/phone calls

Review: My name is [redacted]. I had my car repaired at Love's automotive and now it won't stay running period. Their address is 3523 Kiessig ave. Sacramento CA 95823. I had them install a distributor and the only thing that was wrong with it was a wire shredded underneath the rotor cap. So I paid them to install another one that was brand new. Now it was running until the wire broke. Now he's telling me I need further work. Which I know it was working fine.Desired Settlement: I just want it fixed.
