Hi there, they didn't hear about my complaint through a third partyI had messaged them on [redacted] and she than blocked meShe told me that I needed a touch up with in two months not weeksThese hair extensions ruined my hair, cutting it and causing matts in my headMy scalp he bruises on itI am not the only person tho has happened to from this ladyI think they would at least credit me the install price minimum I lost o much hair it was rediculous and had to pay another at a different place for them to fix my hit with completely different extensionNot satisfied at all !!!!

recommend to our Clients to return for a free touch-up after two (2) weeks since initial installation. But unfortunately this esteemed Customer of ours never returned and only to hear about her complaints after a month through a third party. We always strive to satisfy our Clients and we are here to listen and help to the best of our ability and expertise. Hi there, they didn't hear about my complaint through a third party. I had messaged them on [redacted] and she than blocked me. She told me that I needed a touch up with in two months not weeks. These hair extensions ruined my hair, cutting it and causing matts in my head. My scalp he bruises on it. I am not the only person tho has happened to from this lady. I think they would at least credit me the install price minimum . I lost o much hair it was rediculous and had to pay another 400 at a different place for them to fix my hit with completely different extension... Not satisfied at all !!!!

Hair is considered intimate product that once purchased and installed cannot be returned. This is clearly posted on our store counter for every Customer's information. This particular Customer came browsed all the hair types we sell and ...

purchased hair of her choice which we happily installed at our store. She left happy and never complained about the quality of the hair. We gave her all the information to take care of her hair and in our mind and soul we had met our goal of always having a satisfied Customer. After 21/2 weeks, our esteemed customer came back furious asking for a refund. Her hair actually looked great and as we usually do, after two weeks of installation we recommend a re-touch. I was happy with the quality of the hair when I left the store. The extensions looked amazing. This is not my first or 2nd time having these same extensions in, so I took care of them as I usually do. [redacted]
