Review: Paid for an item on the website (4/2015) with my credit card and have not received the item. Called my credit card company to have them decline the order because it seems like a fraudulent website. Unfortunately, my credit card company says that they do not have disputes and the vendor has received the money for the item. I have tried on several occasions to contact the vendor through their website listed and I get no response. I did get one response stating that it was a chargeback and they don't have my money, but my bank can verify that the funds were not charged back to my account, the vendor has been paid.Desired Settlement: I would either like the merchandise ordered or a full refund.
