To Whom It May Concern- Our policy, written on the bottom of every receipt, and also posted on our checkout area in all our locations, states "Special promotions are EXCHANGEABLE within days" Our cashiers/staff regularly discount items to push a sale, or just to be friendly and earn customer trust to get them to come and shop againThey are also trained to explain at checkout, whenever a discount is applied, to state that the item has been discounted and is exchangeable only, reiterating our policyThis policy has always been in place with our companyWe are willing to still allow an exchange or a store credit to our customer in good faithThe original purchase date was 4-**-Our policy is days for exchanges or returns/refunds

Our policy is 14 days for exchanges or returns/refunds.

The purchase was not a special promotion. Marlenis did not explain that the $3 made this a special promotion that could not be returned for a refund If she had, I would not have made the purchase. A 10% discount of $3 is not adequate compensation for giving up my right to a refund. It appears the store never sells anything at full price in order to avoid ever giving a refund. Legitimate business don’t operate this way.

Review: My boyfriend bought me 2 pairs of boots for Christmas. I attempted to return one pair and was told because my boyfriend bought the boots on a promotion (buy one, get the other half price) that they would only offer an exchange. What kind of business policy is this? You offer a sale during the Christmas shopping season and then prevent returns!? EVEN though the receipt return policy starts out saying "Gift didn't work out? No problem, no hassle easy policy for the holidays..."Desired Settlement: I would like to return my boots so I can buy another pair at a store that carries the type of boot I would like to wear.

Review: I bought a pair of books 2 days ago and tried to return them today. I was originally told I had until January [redacted] to return them. The receipt was put into the box (I did not see it). The store would not take the boots back today claiming that it is exchange only. The receipt says 14 day return to originally payment AND is stamped exchange only. If I know I could not return them I would not have bout them. They are too big.Desired Settlement: I want to return them and credit put back on my card.
