Shoddy service
I was refused a refund when I requested one minutes after it processed. I was trying to see what shipping would cost and it processed instead of giving an estimate.
They claim it "shipped an hour after" ordering. Terrible customer service and I wouldn't recommend anyone even visit the site

Very dishonest about shipping. On site it states 2 - 3 business days for standard shipping on items in stock. The item I ordered said in stock. After a few weeks of nothing, I started emailing them with no response. At over a month I filed with ***. I then got response stating my order was on a ship. I copied and pasted straight from their site the false information they have about being American based and shipping statement. They then told me they use order fulfillment companies in many other countries. So month and half now still waiting. I it's crossing the world in a rowboat.

I placed a order on May 12th 2020. Here it is, June 26th 2020 and still no update or item in my hand.. Have I been scammed?! I contacted this company twice via Email and they proceed to tell me that they don't have my item in "US Stock and have to ship my item from their warehouse across seas" then proceeded to tell me after a second contact 2 weeks later that the item is still traveling from overseas to the USPS Facility. I filed a complaint for LovePlugs.co to the ***.

Ordered, paid. Received sale confirmation & tracking number.

Ordered an item back on April 16th. Here it is May 31st still nothing received but my card was charged back in April.

I asked over email multiple times now about getting a refund. But their claim is it's already on the boat from China.

I placed an order on 1st May 2020. Order still not arrived. Asked 3 times for a refund and they Just say its in transit so we can't cancel it.

I ordered an item from this website in late April, I waited almost 2 weeks and didn't hear from them.
So I sent them an email asking when I should expect my tracking number and or my product, they said my item will be shipping soon and that they would send me the tracking number as soon as it was available. They then sent me an email with a tracking number pretty much the next day, but when I opened the tracking number the website was in French and it said my tracking number was invalid. So I sent them an email asking why my tracking information was incorrect and that was back in mid May, I have sent out multiple emails and haven't heard back. I spent over $40 over 30 days ago and I have only had one email sent back from them with incorrect information. I would really appreciate your help in this because times are tight right now and if I'm not going to receive my item I would at least like to receive my money back which I have asked them for multiple times.

Refund I would really appreciate a full refund or actually receive my item but since it's been well over 30 days and I have not received anything I'm not expecting anything from them except a full refund.

Their products are fine, but the delivery sucks. I haven't even gotten my tail yet, and I ordered mine in the middle of April. Their shipping partners are the worst. *** and *** are extremely slow, and I am beginning to suspect that my tail might have been stolen. It says it has traveled back and forth between two facilities already, and it's extremely sketchy and infuriating for me. I tried contacting them to get them to speed up the delivery process, but the only thing they said was that it was taking over a month to get my package because of the coronavirus. That isn't an excuse to take longer than a month to deliver a tail. It has already traveled from New York to Los Angeles, and it took a week to get there. I live in the midwest, so that seems like it was just a waste of time. At this point, I don't even want the tail. I want my money back. Do not buy from them.

I placed my order (***) on the 30th of April. I was not even provided with an email receipt or confirmation of my order. I received a text which provided me with a tracking number which did not work. I contacted them and was given a different number which stated that it was coming from China- NOT the USA as stated on their web page- and 3 weeks later it is still saying it is in China despite their website stating it would take 2-3 business days to arrive. I have contacted them requesting a refund and have received no response. I have been mislead from throughout the entire process and believe this to be a fraudulent company. I require a refund ASAP or I am getting my credit card provider involved.

The first tracking number I received was faulty and did not exist. I reached out to Love Plugs and gave me a new one to track my order, the only was, there was no other update other than it left China. I contacted the carrier and they couldn't find anything.

Two weeks ago I asked them via email to re-check their tracking code and I did not get a response.

A week ago I sent an email requesting a refund as I did not receive the item as it was way past delivery time ( even considering delays the pandemic has caused). I also reached out through *** and *** and they seem to be ignoring all requests.

This company is a complete and utter fraud.

I have contacted them multiple times with no response. Said it was delivered but it was not. There are many reviews online that have the same issue.
I contacted them about six times in the last four days once I realized my packaged was in a facility an hour away from where I live and wasn't budging. I at first contacted them saying I want a refund for the express shipping that I paid for, with no response. Finally it said it arrived today but I never received it. I called twice today to complain with no call or email back. I have sent multiple. Other people online are complaining about the same issues.

I had ordered 3 items off of this website costing me 76.96 in total. I have a screen shot of after I ordered it, it shows a tracking number but I couldn't track it on any site and they never sent me a confirmation email with a tracking number. I had received my package, in a tiny box, and I only had one of the items that I ordered that costs about 13.99. I haven't received my other items yet and it's 2 days till it's been a week since I received my one item I've emailed them 4 times and have called them about 6 times. I haven't heard anything from them, and they say they're out of North Carolina but then it also says California? And then the number that I try to call says it's from big rapids MI. I haven't heard anything from them and I haven't gotten the other items that equal to 62.96. I either want to send the one item back that is still in its box untouched and get a refund. Only got half of my order-What I received was in horrible condition and unsanitary-won't answer my multiple requests for a refund. It's been days
On 4/18 I bought two items from Love Plugs. They delivered half of my order 4/23 which was open and unsanitary and NOT what I ordered. After explaining the issue, they assured me my other half of the order would eventually show up. I don't feel comfortable with their quality of products and requested a refund. They've ignored every request I've made but were previously prompt in response time. It's been approximately two weeks since my initial order and I've heard nothing. I am unsatisfied and on their website I am guaranteed a return of my money, but they seem to have lied to their consumers.

I want a refund for my product which I still have not received and the company seems to be ignoring me
I purchased my product on the 27th of march which was due to come on the 2nd of April. The tracking code they sent me is fake and every time I click on the link they sent me it simply says that it is 'on its way' and theres no way to actually track it. I received a text on the 30th of March telling me the order had been shipped. I have emailed them and have received no reply. I messaged their *** page and have been left been left on read.

I ordered my product two months ago now. I still haven't received it. I have contacted customer service 4 times and each time I'm told to wait longer.

Order has gone almost a week with no shipping notification. Two emails and a call to the sites number, and no reply.
I got an order confirmation on the 25th of February, which by the way went into the spam section of my email, so I should have already been wary. Five days went by with no shipping notification, even though the site stated 2 day express shipping in bold presentation. Sent an email to them on the fifth day, no reply. The next day I sent another email, once again no reply. Waited 2-3 hours to call the number on their site during the day, no one answered.

After all the bad feelings started building up, I finally did what I should've done in the first place and looked up reviews for the business. Nothing but complaints were found, and it led me to the Revdex.com site. So now I'm trying to cancel my order and get a refund. I just want my money returned, and I want the business site to no longer be able to mislead anyone else the way it has misled me. There seems to be plenty of false advertising going on and terrible services.

I just want them to refund my money. The shipping notification hasn't been sent, and apparently there's a 30 day refund policy. I'm not trying to wait 30 days before they even ship my order out and then not even be able to refund because it took so long. I just want them to cancel my order and refund my money.
