I purchased a floral arrangement of tulips with three balloons it was to be delivered on our anniversary date of 2/14/2020 when he received them he said they were droopy and I contacted the florist spoke to Sandra she advised that they were fresh and that is the way they were suppose to look and she got very rude and nasty with me. When I asked if she would replace the tulips she refused and I asked for refund and she refused. She hang up on me. I made a dispute with my credit card company today.
Refund I would like a refund of $116.04

Mrs. *** called to our Flower shop on February 13th to place an anniversary order to
be delivered on February 14th Although the delivery address was out of our delivery range, we decided to take the order to satisy our customer. We delivered this order to Dover early in the morning and received a called from *** claiming that the flowers were droopy. We kindly
explained to her that when tulips are fresh they take a couple of hours to straighten up, to please wait a couple of hours and she would see how pretty they will be. The customer expressed no understanding and kept asking for us to replace them. With a day like Valentine's Day we had no time to replace these flowers nor the obligation to do so because we stand for our work and we can guarantee the tulips were fresh.
