We first met Randy and Jake from Love Your Stucco at a local home remodeling show where we discussed repairing the stucco on our late 80's home. We could immediately tell they were very knowledgeable in working with stucco, offered superior long-lasting coating products and were especially easy to talk with. Follow-up discussions regarding their other remodeling services resulted in an exterior transformation project for our home to a more contemporary style with a stone veneer front, porch columns and updated stucco color. In August of 2018, my home experienced Hail Damage. I interviewed a number of firms concerning the repair, but after examining the condition of the existing stucco with Randy *** of Love Your Stucco, I made the decision to contract with Love Your Stucco for a number of specific reasons.

Knowledge of Stucco: The initial evaluation identified not only severe hail damage but the original stucco siding had been compromised by the application of an inappropriate paint finish.
Experience with Insurance Claims: Dealing with a professional organization in the coordination of the insurance claim was crucial. Not only was it determined the stucco was damaged, but the windows required replacement, and the wood deck suffered damage. The insurance claim was prepared and negotiated by Love Your Stucco.
Representing Quality Materials: A key decision was the use of Sto Corporations performance quality materials. My companies' quality control specialists had advised me, to select a firm who represented a commercial grade repair material for the restoration. In addition, the inclusion of Integrity Windows by***, provided for an excellent exterior enclosure.
Quality Installation: The field installation was of high quality and performed by an experienced team. The team worked on my home for approximately four months and not once, did the renovation compromise the integrity of the home or cause me concern.

From start to finish it was a great experience. The crew was great and very professional. The STO material was exceptional The house looks great! Yes - 5 stars and we hardly ever give top marks to companies, but these guys earned their rating. We are a retired military family with high standards of product, quality, professionalism, safety, price, etc. Love Your Stucco worked hard with us from the start. We have been looking for several years for the best stucco company and we found them! So many "stucco" companies out there don't really have a grasp on the quality of repairs, materials, process, etc. All you have to do is ask prospective stucco companies for referrals from work they performed several years ago. After a few seasons of wear and tear on stucco, the poor quality shines through. If a company can't give you contact information for prior customers from several years ago, there is trouble. Poor quality work shows up and folks aren't as happy to recommend their contractor when new/old cracks start showing again. Love Your Stucco went above and beyond. We replaced our windows the week prior to our stucco repair/barricade system/paint color change on the house. The team from Love Your Stucco worked hand in hand with the window contractors ensuring we received the best quality job. Our job was done the summer of 2019. Immediately, I realized significantly less drafts, leaks, etc around the windows. Love Your Stucco does such a great job sealing around all areas including windows, you'll be amazed. The barricade sealing system is amazing. No longer do we have the "wet" marks after rain or snow melt hits the stucco. The stucco on our house is repaired, sealed and looking amazing. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Love Your Stucco -- hands down.

What a change. Before Love My Stucco, our house was starting to look rugged. Now, it looks like a new house. Randy & Jake were supportive throughout the process, and Chris had great suggestions on how to enhance the overall look, both with color recommendations and how to make it pop. The crew (Joe & Jose especially) were super professional and left our property just like it started. We've gotten lots of compliments from jealous neighbors. We had Love Your Stucco redo the exterior of our house and the trim. They repaired many areas of damage and previous poor patching. Those areas were done professionally and are now difficult to see where they were. The whole job was done professionally, rapidly and cleanly with no residual "mess." We love the appearance and have received multiple compliments on the appearance of the house. For the work performed the cost was very acceptable and I recommend Love Your Stucco for anyone needing stucco work.

After seeing the excellent job that Love Your Stucco did on applying new stucco coating to my home, I decided to have them apply new stain to all the trim as well. As before, they did an outstanding job. Their work and materials are high quality, their communication is excellent, and they are very professional and courteous. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

My home is about 7 years old, and the stucco was beginning to show signs of degradation, especially in the areas where there had been rain/snow accumulation and freeze/thaw impact. I met the folks from Love Your Stucco at the Chaffee County Lawn and Garden Show in April (2019). Initially, I inquired about stucco repair. When Jake came out, he inspected my stucco, and after discussion, I decided to not only have the stucco repaired, but also to apply a coating on the entire house to ensure long term viability. Chris supervised the crew that completed the work, and Joe was the onsite crew leader. Jake, Chris, and Joe were very courteous and professional, and their communication was excellent. Joe took the time to answer all my questions, kept me informed of the status of the work, and readily responded to my requests for minor changes associated with the stucco repairs. Mostly, I was totally amazed at the quality of the workmanship. The new color matched the old color identically. These folks totally delivered on their commitments in our contract, and I would certainly recommend them for stucco and coating work. Finally, based on this quality, I have decided to have Love Your Stucco apply new stain on all the trim on my home.

My stucco is 22 years old and in need of some loving! Numerous cracks, some with old silicone caulk, discoloration, pieces breaking off, even water intrusion to the interior of the house. It needed more than just elastomeric paint. Love Your Stucco did a fantastic job. Cleaned out all the old caulk and replaced with a better product, caulked around everything (doors, windows, places where the stucco abutted my concrete patio, etc.). Then they primed and painted the stucco with water repellent paint, plus painted all my trim, gutters, downspouts, etc. They started the project two weeks earlier than their original estimated start date and completed it in the four days they said it would take. The workers took care of my property as if it was their own. Covered everything to prevent paint from getting all over, and what little did escape their protection was promptly cleaned up. Highly satisfied with their work and their work ethic. And the water intrusion problem was fixed and survived a horrible rainstorm without the leak appearing. A couple of my neighbors were so impressed watching their work and seeing the final project that they asked me for info about the company. Highly satisfied and would recommend them without hesitation.

We've been intending to write this review for quite some time, as Love Your Stucco worked on our house two summers ago (2017). In short, Randy and his son, Chris, were great and their crews did a great job. We initially talked with Randy at a trade show about having some manufactured stone put on the front of our then all-stucco house and weren't considering any stucco work. But when Randy first came out, he looked at our house and showed us where the stucco had sustained significant hail damage. I at first was somewhat skeptical about whether the damage was that significant and required repair work, but in listening to him and asking several questions, my wife and I realized that he really knows his stuff.

Randy then worked with us in designing where we would put stone of the front of our house, and ultimately we obtained separate estimates from him for both the stonework and the stucco work.

At Randy's suggestion and with his support and documentation, we made a claim under our homeowners' policy for the stucco damage caused by hail. We were very pleasantly surprised when the insurance adjuster came, inspected our house closely including the roof and gutters, and then prepared an estimate that included replacing roof vents and gutters as well as stucco repair and coating. Amazingly, the adjuster's estimate for the stucco work itself, which was approved by our insurance company, was higher than Randy's estimate. In the end, we retained Love Your Stucco to do the stucco work and act as general contractor to do the stonework, replace the gutters and roof vents, and do trim painting.

The work took several weeks but throughout, Randy, Chris and their crews were very professional and did an excellent job. They were also very accommodating when we made a couple of last minute changes. In particular, we selected the stucco coating colors fairly late in the process and then at the last minute again changed colors. No doubt Randy and Chris were frustrated with us, but they handled it like true professionals and simply went with the flow.

Consistent with many of the other reviews, we highly recommend Love Your Stucco.

All those involved in the process of getting our house done where awesome. We where on a time crunch to get it done so we may put our house on the market. They started a week early and completed it in 3 days. Thanks to all Jake, Randy, Chris and his team awesome job. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products being put on our home. We were challenged to find a local stucco contractor for the repair and refurbish needs on our existing stucco home. We live in the Buena Vista, CO area. Fortunately, we found "Love Your Stucco." The Love Your Stucco team came in over a holiday weekend in the late fall and did the necessary repairs to our parapet walls to stop the leaking we'd been experiencing. We went through the winter with no leaks. The following summer, their team returned to our home and completed the work on the entire house. They use state-of-the-art products to provide a water barrier. We went through this winter, which was very wet and snowy, with no leaks or issues whatsoever. And the finish is beautiful! Their entire team was attentive to our needs and took the time to explain the steps in their process and the products they use. We feel they provided an excellent value. There may be other stucco repair/refurbish contractors that are cheaper, however the quality, professional service and 15-year warranty provided by Love Your Stucco are unparalleled. We highly recommend this company!

Great customer service. We obtained 3 quotes. Love Your Stucco was the highest, but the reviews and personal contacts made us choose Love Your Stucco. When we went to sell our house, I called Chris and he sent his crew (Joe and staff) out to make the minor repairs. They came immediately and got the job done. House looks great and we had a contract on the first showing!
