On 5/18/I responded to an ad on Craigs List for a Dodge Charger "Like new with No mechanical issues" for $by Nexxus Remarketing in StillwaterI took the car for a test drive and it appeared to be running fine so I went back to the car lot to sign papers and paid cash for the carAfter leaving and approximately minutes driving home the car stalled and wouldn't startI returned to the lot and the owner *** *** told me he would have the car towed in the next day and have his mechanic look at the carI returned to the car lot the next day and Mr *** told me I needed to buy an extended warranty saying it would fix whatever was wrong and that he thought it was the alternatorI asked to speak to the mechanic and he refused to give me his number or tell me who he wasHe then told me the car was mine and it was my problem and he would not give me my money backI had the car towed to Shorts Service Center in Guthrie where it was determined the car had a bad engine
Ive been wating on my title for over days still havnt got it my paper tag went out and I cant do nothing with out a title he was suppose to extende the papper tag hes been ignoring me all day and its very unprofessional
