We contacted the guest via telephone on 4/3/and apologized on behalf of our store for refusing to honor the sale priceAs the sale was posted one day early, we should have honored the priceWe offered the guest a $gift card as compensation for his experience and as a gesture of appreciation for his time and feedback

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I did receive bad fuel from Love's on the evening of March 18, I have attached the repair order from Bergkoetter's Buick Dealership stating water was in the gas tankI have also attached the pictures the dealership took which show the water in the fuelThe dealership sent the repair order and pictures to [redacted] , GM for Love's in New BadenI have also found another individual, [redacted] , who has filed a complaint with Love'sHe had gotten fuel at the same station around the same time as me Sincerely, [redacted] ***
