Lovelace Lawn Care has turned an account over to *** of Nashville. After contacting *** several times they stated that on June 2018 they requested proof of this debt or any information from Lovelace Lawn Care. I spoke with Bill today at *** and he stated they have never received the requested information and he would be send another email to Lovelace Lawn Care requesting proof of debt with signatures. I asked him as to why no one is calling me about this debt and he stated that the debt is so old as he is showing a date of 2015. This was on my credit report in the amount of over $700. It is now on my report as over $509. We are asking for proof of this debt that shows my signature. I have called Lovelace Lawn Care numerous times over the past weeks and only get an answering machine. Today I called and spoke to Peggy. I explained to her my situation and she informed me that she was not with Lovelace Lawn Care back in June 2018 but to call back and leave my name and number because she was driving. So I have done that. My next steps will be to notify the *** for region in which the creditor operates or
