When Julie placed her phone call to us, we would have and always answer the phone stating that we are Lovelace Pump Company! At that time she should have realized that she indeed did NOT call *** and that she had the wrong number. We don't advertise on the internet as being ***.
That is not the type of business we do. We have been in Business for over years and we have a good reputationI spoke to our service technician Al that serviced JulieAl told me that Julie was at site at time of service! Julie did stand right by our trucks (they are clearly marked as Lovelace Pump Company) and Julie did ask our technicians about a warranty on her hydrant. Al said he wasn't aware of a warranty and that she should call our office to checkAgain, at that time if she did call our office we would have answered Lovelace Pump Company.I also called Marty at ***. Marty did say at first when Julie called him about it he thought it was weirdSo he did some research and could not find out how she would have called usMarty's exact words were she just dialed the wrong number. Marty did say the only thing he warrantys are his pumps. So even if she would have called the right number (Marty with ***) she still would have been charged. We fixed her problem and I believe that this charge is legitimate. I believe by given her a zero balance it would admit we are guilty and I don't believe this is the case

pressure tank had only 25 pounds of air, but should be at 38 pounds. At the time of inspection there was no sign of any leak. Most of the time customers will call us back after receiving our inspection report if they have questions or need any repairs. I have attached the copy of the inspection report for you to view.  These charges are appropriate and the invoice does need to be pd by the customer as we did what we were told to do.

Yes, we hired you to do an inspection and inspection only. The problem is your inspection is subpar at best and incomplete. Anyone can walk up to a pressure gauge and read it. If the tank was below pressure wouldn't that lead you to believe there may be a leak? What did you do to check for a leak? Obviously you did nothing.Your comment "most of the time customers will call us back after receiving our inspection report if they have questions or need repairs", simply highlights how sub-par your service is. We had this entire home inspected and a very thorough report furnished to us within three days. We had to call you relentlessly for this report which was not furnished to us for two weeks. This report was very important regarding the sale of our home. We needed to know the repairs that were needed so we could negotiate that in the purchase. The very next person who inspected that tank could immediately identify the issues with is with doing any repairs. Its clear that your inspection is incomplete.Furthermore, what is this comment about "this invoice needs to be paid by the customer..."? We've already paid you. Why are you expecting more payment? Your getting a dime. If anything, you should be refunding our fee paid for your incomplete services.
