Upon detailed review of the account; it was found that yes a refund to the patient has been identified; our Customer Service team will be contacting the patient to recieve information to process refundIn the event that communication is not established to process refund electronically; a refund
check will be sent to the patient address as listed on patient account

I am rejecting this response because:I recieved the message about this complaint being closed.  The Issue is that the explanation in resolving this has been repeated multiple times over the last 6 months.  They do know that I am warranted a refund.  The Problem is that the do not issue me the refund.  Words but no actions.  In my original complaint I stated that they have told me "they are working on it" or "it's in the process".  I still have not been contacted by them.  I have called twice and left messages with no one returning my call.  And STILL have not recieved my refund.  Im not sure what is going on, but it seems that they are being untruthful and the issue HAS NOT been resolved until I get money in hand.  Thanks for your time. [redacted][To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the response. If the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]
