[redacted] And [redacted]I am pleased to hear that you think the financial matter is not going to be placed on my credit score.  I will pull my credit report to ensure your facts are true.  I would like to know the Billing/Accounts steps they can take if I'm fact the error they made does result in a blemish to my credit statement? Also, what were the findings to why my address was not confirmed by looking at the drivers license or registration forms once they received the "return to sender" bill? Lovelace CBO staff confirmed with FCOA (external collection agency) the account was closed and deleted from credit reporting. It was also confirmed with MDS (2ndary collection agency) did not send this patient's account to their credit. We received check information on 04/11/2016.
