We have been in contact with Mr*** *** *** on several occasions with regards to his concern Mr ***
had the option to join for 12, 18, or months, and he chose the month term per his desire to Get to a Healthier Place We have explained to Mr*** that we do not pay our staff any form of commission or incentive in order for anyone to try and pressure him to signup at our facility In addition, and per his agreement, Mr*** had full days from the day he signed up to cancel and receive a full refund He had the opportunity to try out the facility and decide if it was the right fit for him and if he wanted to cancel his membership and receive a full refund within the full days from the day he joined our facility
OFFER:
We would like to offer Mr*** the opportunity to get back on track and start back at the facility by providing him a Free Fitness Consultation ($Value), Free sessions with one of our Personal Trainers ($Value), and Free months of membership ($Value), & a Day Get Started Plan ($Value) to compensate him for his non usage of the facility If he is not interested, he is also able to either transfer responsibility of his membership to anyone else who may be interested in satisfying his agreement If that is still not reasonable to Mr***, he is able to cancel his account by paying a cancelation fee of $413, which is 70% of his current membership payoff amount of $ Current payoff is valid through 10/31/

2)Mr*** had full days from the day he signed up to cancel-I CALLED ABOUT CANCELING AFTER MY FIRST VISIT AND WAS TOLD I COULDN'T UNLESS THERE WAS NOT A ANYTIME FITNESS WITHIN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF MILES
2) -We would like to offer Mr*** the opportunity to get back on track and start back at the facility by providing him a Free Fitness Consultation ($Value), Free sessions with one of our Personal Trainers ($Value), and Free months of membership ($Value), & a Day Get Started Plan ($Value) to compensate him for his non usage of the facility- I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING FOR FREE OR ANY HANDOUTS OF ANY KINDI JUST WANT OUT OF MY CONTRACTIF YOUR WILLING TO GIVE ME $"IN VALUES" THEN WHY NOT JUST NIP THIS IN THE BUD & LET ME OUT OF MY CONTRACT FOR FREE AFTER ALL THE CANCELATION FEE HAS $(VALUE) WHICH IS A $(VALUED) SAVINGS ON YOUR END
