Papers are no longer delivered to this address

To Whom it may concern/ Revdex.com,
I am responding to the complaint ID *** which we received from the Revdex.com on May 22, 2014.
Without knowing exactly which publication the resident was receiving, as our record did not have this address noted as 'Do
Not Deliver', effective May 22, we removed this address from all delivery lists for any newspapers produced by the *** Reporter-Herald
Additionally, that same day our delivery managers and carrier were notified to cease all deliveryResidence address was to be checked for multiple weeks to ensure there was no delivery

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as no paper was delivered yesterday to my home, although one was left in the street just in front of my property A paper WAS delivered on June 4th - I have attached a photo for the delivery manager to review if desired since he or she was not able to see it in the driveway when they came by to check
Regards,

Right on the heels of my previous complaint, ref ***, this business has reinstated Sunday newspaper deliveries to my residence against my wishesI've received a paper on both September 20th and 27th, I've made numerous previous complains directly to the company as well as the above referenced complaint with the Revdex.comIn the best case, these complaints result in a short term stoppage of deliveryI have never subscribed to services from this company and I wish for all services of this company to my residence to cease and desist, immediately and permanentlyI wish for this business to respect the wishes of their clientele, to stop littering their yards with unwanted papers, to recognize that their unwanted newspapers are not only a nuisance, but a security threat for the neighborhood when residence are not available to clear themFirst and foremost, I would like to *NEVER* receive another product from this company on my doorstep, driveway, or curb, or for that matter anywhere on my property

Mr. [redacted] subscribed to the Reporter-Herald at the rate of $40.00 per year approximately 4 years ago when the newspaper...

was owned
by [redacted]. At that time the regular subscription rate was $130.20 and his discounted rate was 70%.
Following the purchase of the Reporter-Herald by Prairie Mt Publishing, subscription rates have increased each year.
Mr. [redacted]'s rate of $40.00 was honored for three more years as a courtesy and he was informed each year at renewal, that his rate
would increase. Prairie Mt Publishing was under no legal obligation to honor any rate agreements made by the previous
ownership.
The current subscription rate is $236.60 and Mr. [redacted] was billed for $52.00 a discount of 78%.
The current delivery cost alone, exceeds the amount we are paid for one year.
We cannot continue to subsidize Mr. [redacted]'s subscription to the extent we are.
Mr. [redacted] is paying for future and not past services. If he is not willing to pay or dissatisfied with the subscription price billed,
he is under no obligation to continue his subscription to the Reporter-Herald.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
Director of Operations.
