To Whom it May Concern in response to Revdex.com complaint [redacted] , Thank you for contacting me about this incidentI have spoken with the staff and management of Puppy Love and the finance company *** to get a better understanding of the issue Ms [redacted] has brought to your attention Despite the confusion regarding her first payment and the ACH refusal fee there is no viable reason under our contract to return/reimburse Ms [redacted] for the puppy that she purchased nearly two months agoMs [redacted] 's puppy was very healthyAs stated and agreed in our contract with her, only a serious health concern within the first ten days of purchase, not almost two months later, would be the only reason for a refund through our company Puppy Love, Inc has placed the Shih Tzu puppy purchased by [redacted] into our [redacted] *** [redacted] re-homing program, as Ms [redacted] requestedWe would never want one of our puppies to be a burden to their new family or end up in an animal shelterIt is our understanding that Ms [redacted] has worked out an arrangement with the finance company Sincerely, Christopher Foschini President Puppy Love, Inc 5/26/

In response, the following statements are to resolve this complaint in a fair and timely mannerMattress pads- we will need to know the cost, place of purchase, age of itemsIf this is unknown, we can reimburse the cleaning cost of these itemsSweaters- we need to pick up the
sweaters in question to inspectIf shrinkage is not clearly visible to our quality control department, we have the option to send a select few to an outside lab for testingThe customer can choose which items that will be sent for testing and we will give her the copy of the report and proceed according to the results.Boots- It is imperative to know the brand names of these bootsWe need to know the actual cost for themTo calculate the actual cash value minus depreciationI understand that these boots have extreme sentimental value, this is why we are attempting to provide some type of reimbursement, even though all boots that we picked up were in fact delivered to the homeownerThank You,

the sweaters can be picked up they have the mattress covers they were new got them at [redacted] which I had told them. I also have hoods to the kids coats that are missing that they know about and we're also looking for I will try to remember the names of the boots and the cost. I need to be contacted when they want these sweaters picked up.
