given a price to check the vehicle of $95.00. After checking and inspecting the vehicle it was found that the turbo had come apart which was causing the white smoke out the exhaust and explains the noise the customer had heard, this diagnosis is exactly consistent with the customers complaint. The customer was contacted with the cost of repairs and she said she would let us know. The customer called and said they were coming by to talk about the repairs, showed up 15 minutes after closing and her vehicle was already put away and the shop was closed, she then said they wanted to pick up the vehicle, she was told the air cleaner box and tube was not beck on the vehicle and it was not ready for pick up, she stated she did not care and was going to turn the vehicle in to the state for money under the state program. The diagnosis was correct and she was quoted on the repairs and the customer was aware the air box was not reinstalled and her request she was not worried about it.

They did not have my car ready for pick up. I think it is extremely unprofessional to leave a car not ready for pick up and not to disclose that the car is not ready for pick up at time of paying for diagnosis. Parts falling out of a car is not acceptable. Leaving the site 5 minutes after pushing a disassembled car into the parking lot is disrespectful.

As explained in the previous response, the vehicle was locked and put away for the business day and the customer showed up after closing and was explained that the vehicle was not ready for pick up, again she made the decision to pick up the vehicle with the air box and pipe off.
