We are well aware of the situation, and are considering dissolving ourrelationship with [redacted].  We have been promised repeatedly that theparts were on their way.I personally made contact last month with [redacted] at [redacted])up to this point this was handled by sales and service, this...

was my firstknowledge of the situation, so I then called [redacted] directly and [redacted]promised the parts were on their way by that week, or Monday at thelatest.  We have been promised....again this week contact was made andthey said the parts were on their way.Mr. [redacted] has been very patient and I certainly understand his point ofview....I would be the same.  Our problem is we have been promised theparts and each time we assume they will arrive as promised so we passalong that info that this or that will be done.....however we have beenlied to and we also are very frustrated. This does not help our businessor any future sales.In my conversation with [redacted], he stated that he is having trouble gettingparts that they order.  As you are aware we do not make the product norguarantee the product, the manufacturer does.  Once a unit is sold we haveto pay the manufacturer.  Therefore, I think this should be addresseddirectly to [redacted] @ [redacted]I am going to e-mail the order for the parts which were ordered almost twomonths ago.[redacted]
