I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I will send a "formal" email and if I don't hear back, I will reopen this complaint

We have yet to recieve a formal request for refund from Ms*** Once she does this we can process her refund She has been blocked from communications with us other than email because she is harassing other customers and posting nasty, crude and vulgar comments If she sends
an email and formally requests the refund we can process it!

Refund was issued on the 28th. It can take up to 10 business days for it to show up in her account.  It all depends on her bank.  This was explained more than once.

I am rejecting this response because:Communication regarding a refund that was supposedly issued on 11/28/16 was never received. No one from the business has contacted me to provide me with proof that the refund was issued. I will not close this case until that money shows in my account.
