to say beside suggest that to keep her natural nails shorter to prevent from braking or have an artificial nails put onNormally when customers come in and we'll provide the services that they requested, or suggest the alternate service on our experience if they asked.Sorry we do not refund on the serviceWe love to keep our good relations to customer by offer a 20% discount on their next service.Thank you,Lovely Nails & Spa

Review: This place has once done a terrible job doing a full set of nails for me, and this time I asked for "GEL" on my nails, and they did the wrong type.For the full set of nails, when I went back to have it fixed, about 2 months ago, the guy charged me again. I didn't say anything.on Sunday 5/3/15 , I went back there to have gel put on my own nails. aside from the lady filing my nail down too thin, she applied regular gel. With manicure & pedicure & gel they charged me $47 + $10 tip I paid. By Sunday I have already broken a nail, and there are 3 more breaking at the bottom of my nail. I went to the store on Thursday 5/7/15 I went back to the store, s=and showed my broken nails to the owner, whom is a guy, did not give me his name, say hello or anything.Basically he blamed me for it. He said "I" should have been more clear tot his worker on what kind if gel I wanted on my nails. And that my nails are breaking because they are too long. HOW THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW HOW MANY FREAKING GELS THERE ARE?!!!!!!!! I asked for refund, I was refused. Nor did he offer to fix my nails right there and then. He told me to come back ANOTHER day and he will JUST GIVE ME A DISCOUNT to have my nails done again.Two more of my nails have broken today. I would like to report them, and would like my $47.00 back ASAP.Thank you,Nina BaraghoushDesired Settlement: I paid $47.00 plus $10.00 tip.I would like my $47.00 back. Or they have to give me TWO free "GEL" settings on my nails. And it has to be the HARD SETTING GEL.

Review: I received waxing services as a walk-in customer on April 4, 2015 around 11:15 a.m. [redacted] was the technician that provided the service. Upon receiving the service, I noticed that she placed wax on my cheeks when doing my upper lip and under my chin to my neckline when doing my chin. I found this unusual. Upon leaving the salon, I noticed I felt sunburnt. My face started hurting more as the day went on. The next day I noticed open sore-like lesions on my face in several spots. Days after, I felt itchy and scaly especially on the chin area where the wax was placed excessively. I called the salon and spoke to [redacted]. I asked for the owner's name and called him and made an appt to see him but he cancelled the day before saying he was really sick. Made another appt when I walked in he said "what do you want me to do about it." I sent him photos of my face and was supset that he felt like he did nothing wrong. [redacted] came out and started yelling at me and she called the police and I highly suspect they have no waxing license. I now have scars on my face and I am an entertainer.Desired Settlement: Refund and action to investigate their license. I think they should be fined.
