[redacted] placed an order on May [redacted] 2015, her order was delivered on 0515 by [redacted] (tracking info attached) the [redacted] Tracking Number is [redacted] **. We contacted the local post office for her area to research this issue, they spoke with the mailman for that area, who... claimed that the package was delivered. Thank You

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I've never received any packagesI myself went to my local postal serviceI'm not sure of the type of mailbox I have but I have use a key in order to go in and out of itIf it was delivered I would have had my hair and possibly enjoying it$is too much money for someone to wasteI do not want the hair all I want is my refundThat was my first time placing an order on expensive hair and I wanted to give it a try because of all the good reviews.
