On many occasions including the dates 3/6/2016, 1/03/2016, and 11/15/2015, this trash company failed to pick up trashBut their staff still came to collect the service fees each weekI had been paying the service fees even at these occasions because I assumed that they did pick it up only to find out later on the week that they did notI have called the trash company and complained about this but they refuse to debit the balance for unrendered services The trash company continues to fail to pick up the trash claiming the road was "blocked." We are being overcharged for garbage pick up, called Action many times trying to speak with account manager, Freddy when I finally spoke to him after months of trying he said he will run a survey on the pickupAfter the servey he agreed I was being overcharged and will adjust the rateHe never did, I contacted Action again and after several calls I was able to speak to Freddy and he told me that he never he said he will adjust the price and that I never spoke to him
