entrance to the room it seemed crooked). The sales manager went to the home to inspect the issues. The install was inspected and was done very well but being that we offer a lifetime installation warranty and it was an easy fix, we set up the repair on 8-27-16  The fraying should not be happening but once snagged or pulled this becomes a very common issue. Low cut loop Berber carpet is one of the easiest to catch and fray . Our lifetime installation warranty will cover this repair we will re-stretch the carpet where need be, z-bar it and re-tuck it, We have set up the repair for 10-28-16
