Love's Travel Stop

On January 17, 2020 between 10 AM and 1:30 PM at the loves stop travel located in Rockwell Texas my husband and I were there to take a shower and paid for a shower they had a maintenance man that was clean in the shower and I have to clean the shower we were told that we can go in once we got into the shower we noticed that the shower was dirty he didn't clean it didn't do anything that he was supposed to do we didn't complain my husband and I cleaned the shower and toilet the toilet had a bunch of hair body hair still left on it we cleaned it and we also clean the face after being in there for about 15 minutes cleaning my husband and I took our clothes off of course my husband was using the toilet while I was using the face bowl again after being in there for about 15 minutes I heard a digital sound outside the door next thing you know the door opened up real rough and quickly and slammed up against the safety lock I screamed and there was a Hispanic male the same Hispanic male that is a maintenance man of the travel stop barging himself inside the bathroom I quickly slam the door back he roughly slam the door back again for second time which caused so much force that I fell down and hit my behind and I shut it back the maintenance man did not announce himself he did not do a kindly not to see if anyone was there again he not only push the door open not once but twice at my husband and I were very uncomfortable felt unsafe and he did visually stare through the door not once but twice at me with no neck it with no clothes on and my husband as well once we reported it to management management laughed in our face and humiliated us we been later laugh and we called the police the police showed up and investigated and charge the maintenance man with peeping Tom that maintenance man go to court January 5 at 9 o'clock to plead whether guilty or not in the event if he goes to trail for the class c chargcity prosecutor will be giving me a call I also make contact today January 4 to loves to make Sure that the risk management new risk management was put on notice risk management female by the name of Ricky she just asked for her name and number and you missed it took place once I asked what steps would be taking next she did not wanna share any information she was very rude and short and she's even made the comment of what you expect what are you what are you wanting out of this I did not entertain that what I did was Kylie got off the phone I want to make a complaint it is in my opinion that they were very discriminatory they did not re-compensate us for any for any inconvenience is that they call
