Lovett Funeral Home picked up my Mother's remains from Mobile Infirmary Hospital and they embalmed her body before they even met with the family
I really don't know how it's done in Mobile, Alabama, but in most other places I think Funeral Homes usually give families of the deceased the opportunity to have some kind of imput into what will happen to their loved one's remains BEFORE anything is done!
If I had to advise anyone else in this situation I would say to definitely avoid this funeral home because they start off looking like they will "take you for a ride!"
My family chose *** after the breach of trust with Lovett Funeral Home. ***'s entire staff treated us with the utmost respect, they listened to our desires and provided excellent service
