I booked a vacation with these guys and then decided that I did not need the hotel. I was finally able to cancel the hotel after many attempts to talk to them about it and when they cancelled it they charged me $183.96 for transfer fees and a cancellation fee. The hotel did not charge this company anything, I spoke with the hotel directly so there is no reason that Lovevacations should be charging me this much money.
An update on this: CS has been in contact with the customer directly after the initial complaint. Still waiting for a response, but they will try again.

I am rejecting this response because: They have never tried to contact me. They keep saying they have but I have not received a call and all of the emails that they have sent I cannot reply to. There is no reason I should be charged such and exorbitant amount when I cancelled.
