Loving Care Pet Hospital

On 9-7-16 my insurance company hired Auto Tune to take my car to the dealership for repairs. Their tow truck driver never engaged the parking brake nor did he strap in on properly to his tow truck. He Paul [redacted] drove off up the hill. My car rolled off the tow truck down the hill and crashed into a tree and some bushes. My insurance company had already done an assessment for less than $3500. They did not want to go though their insurance. Promising to pay for any and all damages. Toyota told me now my vehicle is totaled. And the Aaron the manager of Auto Tune lied to and told me Toyota told him that their portion was $900 and change!!!! Please explain to me how we can go from $3500 to totaled and he thinks me stupid enough to believe that their not at fault!!! The driver also while chasing my car down the hill never engagehuhd his brake on the tow truck and took out the neighbors mailbox. And if my sister hadn't been there to shout at him that his truck was still rolling he would have crashed into the neighbors house. The manager after all this was very rude to me as if I totaled his vehicle and adamantly re fused to give me the owners name and number or his insurance information. If you value your vehicle do not use this company. Your car WON'T be safe. Nor can you take them at their word!!!!!
