Review: I contracted with this company in October of 2013 for in home health care services. I paid a $175 refundable deposit in the event I should ever want to terminate services. I am requesting my refundable deposit back as I have not used them since November 2013 and will not use them again. They are refusing to refund, saying the company is out of business. However their website is still active and they are still taking customers. Their business license is listed as active on the State of California Business Entity Detail. I have a legal contract stipulating this deposit as refundable.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to provide me with my refundable deposit as stipulated in the contract I signed with them.
