Loving Donation failed to provide a medically qualified donor or alternative, ceased communication and has not refunded my money when asked to do so
We signed a contract and an agency agreement in December We choose a Donor before signing We received a call from our doctor's office approximately February 13th, that the donor was medically dsiqualified and the cycle should be stopped immediately We contacted Deanna immediately after receiving that information to inform her We had chosen a back up donor in case such an occasion arose We reminded Deanna of the second choice and asked to proceed immediately with the badonor We were constantly put off for days between communication The first week of March we were sent a new contract for the badonor and was told she was ready to move forward That contract was never completed by said donor and communication began to drop off, again, for days at a time We began to wonder if this donor even really exist
It pains me to be filing this complaint against Deana and Jim Degroot of Loving Donation, Inc, a fertility and egg donor matching businessI began by having a positive relationship with them, but I have come to the conclusion that their business practices are fraudulent and I am requesting your help to get a refund of the $6,I paid the business last year
I am a 42-year-old woman facing infertilityI turned to Loving Donation after my doctor told me that I would need to seek out an egg donorTheir company provides access to a database of young women, wishing to be egg donorsAfter more than year of looking, I reached Deana by phone late last yearShe shared with me the picture of Donor No***, whom I instantly fell in love with: She had all the attributes I was looking for, and plus she had done previous IVF cycles, so she was a "proven donor." Deana at the time put pressure on me to pay the agency fee of $6000, saying that someone else was seeking to sign the donor
