I could provide the actual [redacted] Payment if needed, but did not want my personal information shared via this email. I am also attaching the policy for the delivery which was 14 business days not 21 days as Loving Hands mentioned. I am filing a claim against this company because they ripped me off and my daughter. I have several emails from [redacted] confirming dates of delivery and that never happened. I expect my full refund for this claim. Regards, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because:What the business has said is simply NOT trueOn June I asked if I could go to the weight facility and Mina or the guy present told me that it was unnecessaryHe said he would personally send me a text message with the weight slipsI trusted him to do that and he sent me a picture later that day, of one weight slip - not two (before and after)At no other time did anyone send me a picture or were they ever helpful. What the business has said is simply NOT trueOn June I asked if I could go to the weight facility and Mina or the guy present told me that it was unnecessaryHe said he would personally send me a text message with the weight slipsI trusted him to do that and he sent me a picture later that day, of one weight slip - not two (before and after)At no other time did anyone send me a picture or were they ever helpful. Also, my complaint specifically pertains to my requests for a reweight after I received an email stating that my load weighed lbson Thursday, July 6, (attached_1)I asked for the reweight because I do not believe my items weighted this amount, because my June move weighted (attachment_2) and I had since downsizedMy requests were ignoredDonald B***, the Customer Service Manager for Budget Van Lines tried to assist me with getting my items reweighedThis can be verified by contacting Budget Van Lines directlyI also have numerous emails of us going back and forthEnd the end, I could never get my load reweighed were I could be present, which I can proveAnd this is unlawful. Finally, a reweight did take place on July 24, according to the weight slips I received via email from the carrier (attachment *** *** job...)However, again, this was after my repeated attempts to get it done where I could be presentI contacted them by phone and told them that I was flying out of town at 5pm on July 20, Donald B*** can verify this alsoThey did not do the reweight until I was long gone as can be seen on the weigh ticket stamped 7/at 16:58:At that time, my weight dropped from lbs to lbs, however, my final balance went from $1,(attachment_1) to suddenly $1,(attachment_4)My feeling is this was an act of punishment for complaining to Budget about the carrierI have several attachments to send as proof to support my complaintHowever, I am unable to add more that here therefore I will stop here for nowPlease contact me to send Attachment_via email that shows the amount (1,645.35) and weight (lbs) sent to me from the carrier. I am rejecting this response because:  I spoke with Michelle who went over my claim information using all of my photos and said that I was offered $132.  I was never offered the opportunity to follow to the weigh station and I was never given the weigh ticket from before the workers arrived.  [redacted] the booking agent has also requested the weigh tickets numerous times and still hasn't received them.  I also never asked anyone to open my wardrobe box to check and make sure nothing was broken.  The driver was extremely rude and extorted $250 from me, which was never on the paperwork and he never gave any of it to the workmen that actually unloaded my items.  The driver also treated me much worse than I was able to catch on video.  One of the workmen did tell me that the driver tossed my items around.  Also, my boxes were not half empty, they were packed just as full as I have always packed my boxes over my numerous moves over the years and I never had this much damage.  Both my beds were extremely damaged, which were "packed" by the movers and a couple boxes that were actually packed by the movers were damaged.  We also are missing all of the shelves from my two bookcases.  I will submit the form, even though I was told I didn't need to.  However, I expect much more compensation than $0.60 per pound for being treated so poorly.

We did take care of her boxes and we did make sure that her boxes we stacked in the truck accordingly. The reason why there was a wardrobe box open because she told them...

to open it to check it to make sure there was nothing broke. We have explained to her that we need the claim form filled out in order to process her claim. As the video she provided us the driver was just explaining to her that if her boxes are half full then that's why the boxes may have dents in them because when you put another box on top and its not packed completely then the box will dent. We did provide weight slips and she was offered to follow us to the weight station, when we were leaving so she can get the 2nd weight slip once we were done loading the truck. We the company never packed any of her boxes she packed them all herself. Like I have said I am waiting for customer to send back the claim form thank you

If she wanted these items packed she must pay for her packing material's if she wished not to pay for the material's we could allow her to go purchase her own packing material's and allow her to pack her own belongings. Our payment was only $ 1,261.89 and was charged accordingly she was not charged extra for weight at all just packing material's. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:I have added statements and provided documentation to prove and refute the businesses statements. They are liars. And are guilty of unethical business practices. I was never present for a weight of my items. I requested to be present several times. My requests were ignored! And no acceptable arrangement was made. They could have said my items weighted 5k lbs and invoiced me for 1 million dollars with the way this current system works, and I would have to either pay or lose possession of my items. It's criminal and I'm asking that immediate action is taken against these scammers! My next step will be to file a small claims civil lawsuit.
