Review: I gave Rowland Lovingood (owner) $700 dollars for a course in NASM. I gave him two payments for $350 dollars, one payment in May and another payment in June. I didn't get the books for the NASM course until October . Now it is February and I got email from NASM stating the payment has been decline. I gave him the $700 dollars he requested for the course. The $700 dollars a gave him didn't go to my course like he said it would but instead in when to his business. He was paying a monthly payment of $55.47 to NASM and he still has 11 months left.He should be paying a monthly payment when I gave him the $700 dollars for NASM. The account balance is 612.00 dollars. Now because he stopped paying NASM I have to put my studying on hold. This man is unprofessional and he promises you thing that you will never see. I would avoid dealing with this unsuitable man. I give him a week to refund my money or to pay NASM, he hasn't done either so now I am taking actions against him.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my $700 dollars back from him, so I dont have to deal with him and his negligent behavior. I am also will to take him to small claims court, also I am taking other legal matters against for my refund. I have proof of both payments and receipts.
