I called loving heating and cooling 5/13/I inquired if they repair radiant heating the lady that answers the phone stated they repair radiant heating and that the problem was from the furnaceWhen the tech arrived at the door he stated he did not repair radiant heat and charged For coming outCalled the office back talked to the owner told them due advertisement there should not not be a charge owner stated would give back I wanted all of the owner also stated tech gave helpful info on the furnace to justify not giving back also the lady continued to state she wrote down the correct info and called me ignorant and hung up the phoneAnd tech said he also didn't do plumbing
