We spent $for a *** *** *** *** shade with *** It was supposed to be a room-darkening shadeIt is notI was never told that my window wasn't square & that there was the possibility that it would not be entirely room- darkeningThe salesman, Justin, claims that if I had bought a more expensive shade, it would have been able to be fit to the window & make the room entirely dark.He claims that was not in my price rangeI made the choice of the less expensive blind because he did explain the window is not square & that there was a possibility of light shining through on one sidePotential customers need to be informed of what they are buying & the possible negative aspects of what they are spending their money onWe told Justin what I wanted & he sold us something elseThat's a deceptive sales practice

One of my blinds would not work I took it in, expecting to pay for a repair Justin *** very quickly untangled it, and he did not charge anything I would highly recommend using their business

Getting a repair done by Lovitt has been a wonderful expereince. The staff I interfaced with were excellent, explaining in detail what was going to be done to repair my blinds. The price was very reasonable and the repair was done exactly as promised. It is so nice to find a company with such friendly, expert people and qualtiy workmanship. I would defintely recommend Lovitt to anyone.

I have used this service twice and was more than happy with my experience. I have had someone in my home taking down the blinds and they did it so fast with no problems.
I also have taken my blinds in, they come back looking brand new. If you need any repairs they can fix anything. I have dealt with the owner and they are very professional and affordable.
