Review: My landlord brought Lovotti to repair my furnace. The 2 repairmen or HVAC guys that were in my home stole from my 2 back rooms while I was preparing lunch for my boys & filling out bills. I was told by the office manager that the guys were searched when they returned, but they could have easily got rid of the stuff before they returned to the office. They took things that I wouldn't notice they were taking out of my home. They mainly took items that belonged to my boys of value & my concern is they may have done this before. I did file a police report and on 06/12/2015 I talked to the officer assigned to the case and he stated that it had to be closed due to not enough evidence. He talked to the owner and the owner is believing his workers of course because of how long they have been with his company. My boys are the ones that suffer because of this. I do not care about my cards that were taken because I was able to cancel them the same day and they were not used. But my boys had [redacted] games that were taken, some PS3 games and the actual DS unit. I do not feel the way the owner handled this is right and he never called me to see what I experienced or what happened when his workers were here. It may have been both workers or it could have just been one, but regardless they still did this and my boys have not been able to play with their games since thay no longer have them. It is school break & being a single mother of 3 boys I cannot replace these items for them.Desired Settlement: I had 2 cards that I found missing that were on my dresser. A child support card & a health payment credit card. Those were cancelled the same day so they were not used. A phone charger. My boys had 13 DS games. I have already replaced 4, but would like the other 9 replaced. 2 PS3 games. A [redacted] game unit was damaged when a game was removed from it that was taken so I would like that replaced. And my son was saving money for science camp $45.

I used this incompetent company through PGE Tune up program. My unit was working fine until a young kid came along and messed up my unit. My air conditioning unit broke right after the tuneup. Lovotti air refused to fix the unit stating it was damaged before the tune up. How can you do a tune up on a non working unit. It does not make sense. I'll be taking them to small claims court. PGE has not been supportive either. Bad service, incompetent.
