An order was placed by *** *** on 5/15/with a *** ** day priority shippingThe order was under the name *** contacted *** via email to let him know the delay of shipping due to a back order situation Friday, May late afternoon we received an
email from *** wanting the status on his order We had his order processed When we returned on Tuesday, May 27th *** had received a call from *** saying that his bike had been in accident and he needed to cancel his order *** said that his order was processed and at the shipping dock, but that she would do everything possible to stop the package to try and save the customer on having to return the product *** informed him that there would be a restocking fee as the shipment was previously processed the Friday before Any order that is processed is subject to a restocking fee Any order that has not been processed is subject to cancellation fee as stated on our Website in our terms and conditions We promptly processed his refund per his request less the restocking fee He then called back and was very rude, nasty and taunting to both my employees, *** and *** He threatened to report us if we did not do what he wanted As a business, we hold ourselves to high standard of excellence and we treat our customers respectfully and do our best to work with them *** went out of her way to stop the shipment and refund him right away Please let me know if there is anything else Thank you,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I was not rude with any employees. I was frustrated and upset, yes, because this business failed to comply with my request. On that Friday, I was not requesting a status of my order - I was requesting that of it had not been shipped I would like for it to be cancelled. It was not cancelled, it was continued to be processed, then shipped, against my wishes. I was polite with [redacted] on the phone and [redacted] her I understood the 7% fee. The restocking fee simply isn't my problem. If they had simply followed my request, this whole situation could have been avoided. After the business continued to ignore my demands for an explanation, I informed them I would not accept this treatment and would be contacting the Revdex.com. Low and Mean claims to hold themselves to a high standard of conduct and willingness to work with a customer? I see absolutely zero evidence of that here.

General Manager of Low and Mean.  This email was forwarded over to me. Well let me start by apologizing for the lack of customer service that you received. I was informed that you had called, but that you had accepted the credit and wanted to purchase a regular gas cap ring and that everything was resolved and no return call was needed.  I can't begin to express my disappointment in the service you received. Our staff is new and in need of further training and monitoring.  Please don't take that as an excuse just as a fact that I will be doing something about as I don't want this to happen again.Thank you for the detailed email with all the supporting documentation. [redacted] from Low and Mean has emailed me with an acceptable resolution  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
