My dryer was not working on Friday eveningI called this business on Saturday morning and had an appointment that afternoonThe technician had the part (Idler Pulley) but was not sure that he could fix the dryer himself since it was stacked on the washer and he thought that he might need to move everything out of the cabinet to be able to reach the top for removalHe thought thru the problem and replaced the part without delay
In holiday my refrigerator suddenly stop working, I call couple company 24/day service, they are close company's event they didn't pick up phoneMy neighbor gives this number, this company guys came out within Hours The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and take careI just say Thank you so muchThanks
I want to give "Low Cost Appliance Repair" an A+ rating My refrigerator went out and I called this company They were so polite to listen to my whole story and to offer advice on the phone I asked if they could come out before the day endedit was already 3:p.m They said, "Yes" Mr [redacted] came out and was so pleasant and professional He explained the problem to me and was able to fix my refrigerator He also fixed our barefrigerator in the basement His prices were reasonable, and we even got a first time customer discount He was pleasant, professional and fast He even made us feel comfortable to call him if we ever had any questions about any appliances I will definitely have Low Cost Appliance Repair come back for any of my appliances Thank you for a great job! Called this company for refrigerator repair. Person named Mike came out several times over a 2 week period, never fixed refrigerator, finally said get a new one. The first visit was on 9-03-2016. He kept us waiting about 2 weeks saying he could fix it. Had already paid him $506.87 on the 1st visit . He said would refund 468.00 of payment. Called several times and asked for refund. Now he will not take my calls. We are 80 year old, on fixed income and feel this is elder abuse by this crook. What can we do???
