Low Cost Carpet Cleaning

I received a quote for $65 from this company to have a my rug picked up, cleaned and returned within 4 days. I told them the rug would be on my front door step for pick up as I was heading out to work. I got a knock at the door from the technician who said it would be $100 for him to take it. I told him that is not what I was quoted and that I had other quotes and would just take it somewhere else. He insisted on doing it on my porch for $65 as he had the equipment. I told him I was trying to leave for work but he pushed me to accommodate him with hot water and electricity for the machine. He basically sprayed the rug down in minutes and I said I wasn't sure how it looked and he insisted that I pay him and that it would look fine when it dried. The whole thing was so inappropriate. I was a woman home alone and he was VERY pushy. I called to complain on Friday and have been waiting for a call back from the supervisor that I was told I would receive on Saturday and still no call. I've spoken to multiple people on the phone and would just like the work to be done correctly. I just received a call from the original tech and he was yelling at me on the phone saying it would be $265 now.
