California King Bed from Low Cost Sleep. I received a California King box spring and Eastern King mattress. There was NO miscommunication, there was NO communication with the company and myself/the Consumer. I made several calls, e-mail and inquiries as to the status of the correct product being delivered to me. I currently do have a full mattress and box spring however it was not the one I purchased. I want the Revdex.com to understand that this company has fully neglected my business. I no longer want to deal with this and this claim can be closed, but I want it fully known that the Company, Low Cost Sleep and their employee/Brandon are responsible for sending the incorrect information and not following up with me as the Consumer.

Review: To whom it may concern. On 7/1/14 I purchase a Cal King Mattress from this company Copy Attached for $499.99 On Friday 7/25/14' I notice a tear on the pillow top part of this Mattress! I notified [redacted] of the Family business who sold this Mattress to me. On that Saturday 7/26/14' @ 12:30 He " [redacted] came to my residents and took a picture o fthis "1 Series Mattress" by "Serta" he said "We will replace the Mattress for you". I asked him, "what day & date this will happen. He said I'll call you on Sunday 8/3/14' and tell you what time on Monday 8/4/14 or Tuesday 8/5/14 the time we'll come and replace the mattress for you. It is now August 6,2014' and no replacement whatsoever! I've been calling them left and messages for them to call me...As he said he would call me refuse to answer my calls or return calls from left message it has been 13 days now, No calls, No Mattress, No respect to customer Whatsoever!!Desired Settlement: Replace Mattress with the same kind that I purchased from them. "ASAP". Was sold a defective piece of merchandice.

This company is absolutely horrible to deal with. Our ordeal lasted more than 4 months, but to make a long story short:
* We purchased a mattress and spent almost $1200 with them. They promised delivery the next week, but called just before they were supposed to arrive and said that it wasn't coming.
*We rescheduled twice. Once for the following week and they did not show. Once another week later at which point they said they could not get the mattress.
*We requested a refund but the clerk (who we later found out was a family member) said she could not process refunds.
*Dozens of phone calls, trips to the store, and messages on Facebook, and we just received no response, promises to call us back, lies that the refund had been processed.
*After we threatened to sue, the owner [redacted] said he would only refund my money if I removed my negative rating on their Facebook page.
Our issue was entirely their fault and they refused to correct it until I threatened legal action. The owner is a law enforcement officer, which is scary, because he has no integrity AT ALL. We had to wait more than FOUR months for our refund.
Horrible company, horrible owner, horrible staff

Review: On March 20, 2014 my husband and I went down to Low Cost Sleep to purchase a mattress and box springs, king size. We found one we liked and were told by the sales lady that we could put $100 down to reserve the sale price of $499. Then when we wanted the mattress delivered we could come back and pay for the rest. On April 12, 2014 my husband and I called the store to see if they were open and to find out if we could expect same day delivery if we paid for the rest of the mattress. There was no answer. We decided to go down to the store to find it closed. This was against their posted hours on the door as well as the posted hours on their website. There were 2 other phone numbers posted on their sign so I wrote them down. On Sunday, April 13, 2014 I tried calling them again. This time I tried all 3 numbers. None of them answered.They have $100 of our money and now it seems that they aren't going to fulfill their end of the bargain. I have a sales slip as proof that we gave them the money.Desired Settlement: We would prefer to have the mattress that they originally promised us, provided its actually a new mattress and not a rip-off. If not that, then we would need to have a refund of the $100 that we've already paid them.

Company states the company was closed over the weekend due to a wedding and no one was there as the business is family owned. I contacted the consumer today and left a message letting her know that I can delivery her mattress today and long as she is ready to pay the remainder balance upon delivery. I let her know that I would throw in a couple extra body pillows for free for the inconvenience of our closure last weekend.

Review: My husband and I ordered our California King bed from Low Cost Sleep a year ago. Our bed was delivered to our home in Lincoln, Ca within a few weeks. When they delivered the bed they realized they had delivered an Eastern King mattress with California King box springs. We were told we would have the correct mattress the following week after his son returned from Vegas for his 21st birthday. The bed was never delivered and no contact from the company was made. I called and e-mailed several times and was advised they would provide the right product asap. In November I contacted them by facebook messenger and was advised by the owner ([redacted]) he would have his son contact me because he was busy working overtime at his other job. His son contacted me and said he will get a delivery date and never called. My husband received a call at work around 9:30PM that they were around the corner from my home. I got out of bed, took off all the bedding and waited for them to come. They never showed and I also had no warning they would be in my area. I have been trying to reach them by phone, e-mail and facebook messenger and no return calls or e-mails. At this time the mattress is beginning to deteriorate as a large portion of the mattress does not have the box spring support. We also bought all California King bedding after we ordered the bed (prior to delivery) and now the sheets are all torn in the corners because the mattress is incorrect.Desired Settlement: I would like the correct mattress delivered. I would prefer Eastern King box spring and bed frame as we now have Easter King sheets we had to purchase. However, at this point I would be satisfied for the California King mattress we originally purchased.

Company states: Consumer made a mistake and pulled an eastern king box for a California king bed. There was miscommunication between Brandon and the consumer. We went out there and exchanged the correct box spring for them.
