Low Country's Best Heating & Cooling, LLC

I contacted this company on Aug 8 for hvac repair. They said they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. I heard back from them on the 12th, which is 4 days later. The tech scheduled a appointment with me and was 3 hours late to the appointment, instead of coming at 4 he came after 7pm. We made an appointment for repairs to be done on 8/16/16 at 8am but the technician never showed and never called. I called around 1 pm and they informed me that the tech could not get parts and that he wasn't coming. On our next conversation they said they would be back on the following week of the 22nd. Today is the 14 of the next month and I have not heard back and heat and ac has not been touched. But of course they got a check for my deductible and cashed it a day later. Worst customer service ever, I will not use them or recommended.
