My passenger window was smashed in I called them for a quote and they gave me a very fair price They had my window fixed within two hours of dropping off my car and they vacuumed out the broken glass.\r\n\r\nI would definitely recommend

I would like to let you know that my dispute with Low Price Auto Glass has been resolved I was able to talk to the owner who tried to find me the right window that would fit in my car and when he was not able to, he refunded me my money I will have to say it was a timely process in
where I had to make trips to his location to get to the end result, I feel this should have been handled differently but it is what it is Thank you for your professionalism and help with this matter.Respectfully,*** ***

On January she did come to our store and we try to help her but she was about ready to fight she was using the F word and we told her you know you need to stop you know using those words and she just kept going in complaining and she said I'm going to complain and we tried to explain to her
that the issue was not with the glass that issue with the was with her regulator regulator what makes your Glass go up and down she did not understand that and she just kept yelling and she left normally in the glass breaks we tried to clean the whole glass out of there for her and will put the window just like any other window we would we put

they glue the rubber around the glass with the wrong stuff, called them and the person on phone sais bring it by on Sunday when they are not open! the people working do not glue the glass in with the proper glueso the glass floats around and oozes out in the hot sunSafety issue with glue that can kill people in car accident

him he came back to my shop but I will take care of it for him wait for five or 10 minutes I'm going get all the parts that needs to be done and take care for him and he told us that he was going to be back he didn't want to wait I said okay so he left and he and he filed a complaint to Revdex.com we never refused anything we wanted to fix for him and we were going to fix it for him but he'sjust playing games and run around and talking to other people and not coming back for us to fix it. Can you tell him please stop wasting my time.

We are aware of a customer complaint regarding this job, and would like to address the...

situation.
The customer filed a complaint about the spoiler and third brake light on her trunk, stating that our employees damaged it during installation of the glass. The complaint says that the employees were trying to "push the piece down where it was broken", however the piece installs via clips and screws, and the clips must be pushed firmly in order to get it back on. The fact that the part was stolen is not an issue with the service we offer and there is not much we can do in that regard; it would be better served by calling the insurance company of the vehicle and claiming that there were parts stolen should they cover such things. Our technician states that the part was fine when it left the shop. In regards to the fact that the technicians knew they could get the part before hand, is because we know the used parts market in the area from years of experience and going every week, and we know which cars are available for parts beforehand. We apologize for the inconvenience but the management has done what we can and we do not feel at fault for the circumstances leading to the complaint.

We did not touch the motor of the window until he requested that we looked at it, after our replacing of his actual window, when we discovered that there was an issue already present due to his 1994 Ford Bronco's age.

Review: I had low cost auto glass replace my windshield. they installed incorrect type windshield, they installed wrong type windshield molding, they installed a used windshield cowling from another vehicle, they smashed my hose from windshield resevior so that windshield spray nozzles did not work, took car back to their shop & was told every thing was correct, I went to elk grove buick & had the parts dept. make a copy of the parts list in question, had the parts guy come oyt to see the work that was done & I was told it did not look correctly replaced with the correct windshield, cowling was old & that the molding was also incorrect for that vehicle, they said they stood behind their work. what I want is for the work to be replaced/or redone correctly or refund my deductableDesired Settlement: fix it correctly or refund deductable

Review: I purchased a back window for my 97 mustang convertible, I was told $65.00 and was told they would not install it. when I arrived to pick it up, I was surprised it was not in the vinyl sleeve & when I asked about it I was told that's they way it comes also it was missing one of the metal tabs for the heated element. I was told to come back after the window was installed and they would glue the metal clip onto the window and then was told to take it to a mobile upholstery place to have the window installed. Upon calling 2 local installers I was told to return window because window must be in the sleeve in order to be installed and without the sleeve the window is useless to me. I took the window back and asked for one in a sleeve or my money back I was told they didn't have one in a sleeve and the only thing they would do was give me a credit, they took the window and wrote on my receipt credit for any service we offer. I don't need a credit, I need my money back. They flatly refused saying they credit is good for any service they provide, I need a window that I can use now in my convertible. The credit is only good for 30 days, I don't anticipate needing their services again let alone in the next 30 days, nor do I even trust they would provide me with good service as they sold me a window that is useless to me and wouldn't even stand behind that sale.Desired Settlement: They should refund my $65.00 as they have the window, I don't have a window nor do I have my money to apply to purchase of a new window with another company that actually could provide me with the right product.
