Low Price Buying Service Inc.

The salesman who I spoken with was very impatient and rude. He put me on hold for more than five times and FINALLY once he picked up my call we confirmed the offer price after a bit of negotiation and I was told the price including tax and delivery over the telephone. However, I found out that my credit card charged me a completely different amount than what we clearly negotiated. I called him back to question the new amount and he began to yell at me with an offensive tone against my race which was highly unprofessional. He defended himself saying that the additional amount was for tax. He denied ever agreeing with the price we had in the first place, which included the tax and deliver.
